Account & Responsibility
- Provide accurate and complete registration details.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- No illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content.
Subscription & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually as displayed.
- Upgrades/downgrades are prorated by remaining term.
- Overdue invoices may result in service suspension.
Refund Policy
- First-time subscription refunds are available within 7 days if no significant usage has occurred.
- Used resources, third-party fees, or custom services are non-refundable.
- Refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
